DW has added image hosting under Create -> Upload Images! It's only 500 MB though, and I don't think they've officially committed to working out some kind of "increase image quota" paid addon, so while it's great for people like me (who are mostly text-based), it's not a dedicated photo host and probably won't work out if you want to post a whole lotta photos.
