I actually just switched to Zoho from Google. I'm using the webmail, calendar, notes, wiki, contacts, tasks, and links (del.icio.us-like) so far. I quite like it -- indeed, possibly more than Google. The cost of paid accounts is reasonable, and the webmail has pretty good import mechanisms.
Their wiki also seems to be pretty good, but it is somewhat different from MediaWiki and Moin, which are my usual go-to systems. I'm sure I'll get used to it, though.
The nice part is that (as you probably already experienced) Zoho doesn't care about one's real name, save for the billing info. It's refreshing, especially given the current problems with other companies.
