Can't Sleep, Notifs Will Eat Me
Mar. 4th, 2019 11:31 amI am a very sleepy sloth, but I am a sleepy sloth on a deadline.
Today I added Diaspora to my Where to Find Me profile, but I may rehome from Joindiaspora to Pluspora for ease of access to all of my G+ friends. Part of me wants to stay on Joindiaspora to test how robust federation is, even though I have only about three brain cells lately and probably should not be testing things at all.
There's also a federated image hosting service, which is intriguing, but I'd have to stand up a server to host it on. I might just do without photos, or host on imgur, which is simple as long as the photos can be public. It might integrate better with Mastodon than D*, too, so I'd possibly want to re-investigate Mastodon.
